On a small form factor, the ZBee module gives direct accesses to the inputs/outputs of the programmable component CC2530 of Texas Instrument, a PCB antenna and an interface for the addition of a UFL antenna.
ZBee can used as a coordinator or end-device in home network.
ZBee is very low power and works with battery (lithium, AAA, etc).
